Suhru Pinot Grigio
This Pinot Grigio was made entirely in stainless steel, with no malo-lactic secondary fermentation and no barrel aging to accentuate the vibrant varietal fruit aromas/flavor and to retain substantial crisp acidity. It was blended with 4% Riesling and 2% Sauvignon Blanc which adds additional aromatics and acidity to the wine.
This 2012 Suhru™ Pale straw yellow in color, with inviting citrus aromas. Some pear flavors become apparent on the palate mixed with a hint of grapefruit. The crisp acidity doesn’t overwhelm the long lush finish. This wine pairs well with all types of seafood, chicken dishes, and salads.
