At Suhru Wines we make crisp, bright, dry white wines and fruit forward red wines with soft tannins and medium body. We strive to create easy drinking, approachable, food friendly wines that compliment our local environment and the local produce. Our white wines in particular are a beautiful compliment to local Long Island seafood.
Made using the traditional méthode champenoise style, Sparkling Brut is light and bright with hints of flakey pastry and fuji apple on the nose, the Sparkling Brut has rich quince notes, hints of cumquat, and a touch of baked pear the palate with a light citrus zest and a crisp, mouthwatering acidity.
